First, check that the “Wifi” light on your internet router is ON.
If it is OFF, press the “Wifi” button on the side or top of the router for 10 seconds.
If the light is ON, check, near the modem, if you can find your Wi-Fi network name.
If you do not find it, check if you find a generic network name as indicated on the back of the internet router. If so, the modem has been reset. You can then connect with the codes on the back of your router. Please do not hesitate to ask us to change the network name and password for you by contacting us.
Info: Wifi may not reach all the rooms in your house. This does not necessarily mean that there is a problem with your internet connection.
If you have issues finding your WiFi network when you move away far from the router, you will need to get WiFi extenders and/or access points depending on the area you wish to cover.
More information on Wifi: It is a very innovative technology but is sometimes unstable depending on the types of walls, distances etc. Therefore, WiFi cannot usually cover your entire house.
