These are the required information in order to start your port-in process:

  • Phone Number to be ported
  • Current Provider
  • Name of account holder
  • Account number with provider
  • Billing Telephone Number
  • PIN Code with provider (or Porting PIN from Verizon)
  • Requested Port in Date
  • USA Billing Address
  • Most recent invoice from current provider

Please note that you can chose your port-in date. You can, therefore, plan everything well in advance.

However, there is a minimum processing time of 14 business days.

It will work on most devices. If it does not work, you’ll have to dial *151.

However, remember that by default voicemails are sent to your email. If you chose not to receive your voicemails by email, you will be able to hear your voicemails from here.

Don’t forget to delete listened to voicemails in order for your voicemail inbox not to be full.

When an addressee leaves you a message, you will receive an email containing the voice message and all the information related to it (number calling, number called, duration of the message). If you want to change the email address, please contact us.

In order to set up your voicemail, dial *151 from your Annatel line. Choose the concerned line number and follow the instructions. To change your greetings, choose option 0 (voicemail options).

Yes! Israel post standard mail or Express mail (80₪) options are available.

It usually takes up to 5 to 10 business days using Israel post standard mail, 1 to 3 business days using Express Mail.

When sending to the USA or Canada, it usually takes up up to a month using standard mail and 2 to 3 weeks using Express mail.

It takes approximately 14-21 business days. After you place your order, you will receive an email with all the information required to port your US phone number. Once the number has been accepted for port in, we will notify you via email with the confirmed port in date. All porting information is required to be sent via email only. Our advice is to schedule it well in advance with a specific port-in date.

Yes, if the line is still open and active you can port the number into Annatel! The fee is included in the sim card activation fee.
